1 main large meeting room to 12 – 14 meeting table. Table to be collapsible to turn meeting room into a function room
1 small meeting room to suit up to 6 persons
Staff open plan area to suit up to 16 persons with a utilities area
1 quiet room
1 collaboration area with storage
Working with the client we looked at the existing workflow practices to create a number of deigns for discussion. Once a final design was chosen, we produced a set of construction drawing for the different aspects of the project to be priced. Once the client was happy with the costs to construct the new premises.
Working with Building preferred contractors for different disciplines e.g. partitioning, Mechanical services, fir & safety services, Electrical and flooring specialists
