To present a layout to the Leasing Market that offered a mix of office/meeting rooms and workstations that would suit a multiple of potential tenants, whilst always being mindful of budget constraints.
Using our SQ-Lexx Goal Post shared leg system we were able to group the workstations in pods of 6 and 8 to create a flowing, uncluttered space.
To further brighten the tenancy and to assist with energy consumption the lighting was upgraded to LED panels throughout the tenancy.
We used tambour storage units with planter boxes to break up areas. Although for the purposes of upkeep, whilst a suitable tenant is secured, we used artificial plants, the incoming tenant can replace them with real plants should they wish.
Removal of some partitioning to open the tenancy up from the lifts. To assist in keeping costs down and to make the best use of available natural light, we reused glass for the fronts of existing offices.
