Client’s Goal

Clients moved out of the existing tenancy. Clients want to update and maximize the layout of the premises to suit potential clients.

Our Approach

Working with the client we created an existing plan of the tenancy and located all amenities and existing structures and furniture. The ten provided the client with several options for space planning and layouts. After multiple discussions, we finalized a layout that would suit a wide range of companies showing open-plan works spaces, meeting rooms, offices, quiet rooms break-out areas etc.

Challenges

Was to maximize the efficiency of the layout with existing walls and structures and amenities in place. Also , reutilize existing furniture wherever possible and add new furniture to blend into the works space.

Solutions / Custom Solutions

Working with the client we provided a layout that worked with the existing wall structure and provided an increased amount of work positions to suit a multitude of different prospective clients. Utilizing both existing and new furniture we were able to produce a consistent design feel throughout the premises. Custom-designed workstations and meeting tables provided areas with multifunction applications for designated areas.
